Heart Rate Zones

This is as much put here to help me remember as much as anything else !

Resting HR - 48
Max HR - 189

60% - 133
70% - 147
75% - 154
80% - 161
85% - 168
90% - 175
95% - 182

The formula I have used is (MHR-RHR)*%+RHR and then rounded to the nearest whole number....

So, for next weeks race I should be looking for a heart rate of 168-175.....

Should be interesting to see how fast that is... And the time I get round in (it is a 10k trail run)
